Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return/exchange policy:

For Refund: Return must be shipped back to us within 7 business days from when the package was delivered to your home. Item must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached.

For Exchange or Store Credit: Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Item must be in its original condition with tags attached.

Email gemtiqueto@gmail.com for return authorization and a shipping label.

Any items purchased on sale/clearance can be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund.

Shipping fees are not refundable

We inspect all our products prior to shipping for damages and inconsistencies. We strongly advise that you check all products before removing any tags and labels.

In store returns will also be accepted.

 

IN STORE PICKUP

In store pickup has the same return policy as an in-store purchase:

5 day refund; 7 days for exchange or store credit
