Shipping policy

Gemtique currently only ships within Canada. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 and free local delivery. 

In store pickup is also available, we will be in touch when your order is ready for pickup.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. During high volume times such as restocks, sales or new releases, please allow up to 5 business days. Gemtique ships to the address listed on the order invoice and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for making sure all details of the order are correct, as we cannot make any adjustments after order has been placed.
